Rounding rules

Rounding will be essentially to the nearest euro cent. Exceptions for specific cases of rounding will be determined by the General Act. These exceptions will concern the relationship of the citizen towards the public sector and the area of securities as well as recalculation of company assets. Regarding the citizen´ s relationship towards the public sector, the rounding will be done in favour of the citizen to 10 Euro cents. This applies not only to pensions, fines or fees but also to salaries and related taxes.
