Changes In The Retail Management Committee Of ING CR/SR

Important change in the Retail Management Comittee of ING CR/SR will be valid as of February 1, 2007.

Frans van der Ent, Member of the Retail Management Committee of ING CR/SR and General Manager of Life & Pension ING SR will move on to a new professional opportunity within ING Group. Before moving to a new assignment, he will attend a two months course at IMD Business School, one of the most prestigious institutions for executive education in the world, located in Lausanne, Switzerland. Professional portfolio and responsibilities of Frans van der Ent will be distributed among other RMC members during January 2007.

Anna Huščavová, Member of the Retail Management Committee of ING CR/SR and General Manager of Retail ING SR will take over the sales area of ING Tatry-Sympatia and Brokers as of January 1, 2007. As of this date all sales activities will be under responsibility of Anna Huščavová. From February 1, 2007 she will also be responsible for Marketing & Communications in Slovak Republic. The Product Development for Life, DSS and DDS as well as related departments will report to Robin Buijs, Member of Retail Management Committee and General Manager Marketing and Distribution CR/SR. HR will report hierarchically to Anna Huščavová and functionally to Chairman and CEO ING CR/SR Dick Okhuijsen.
